James was born and raised in Montreal, so he knows what real hockey fans are like! In his 25 years as a professional musician, he has performed in more than 80 countries on all 7 continents (including a performance in the middle of the Southern Ocean off the coast of Antarctica.)  PRE B'WAy: Jeanne La Pucelle (dir. Scott is thrilled to return to Short North Stage, having previously directed productions of Sunset Boulevard and Cabaret. He also staged Wright State University's Rent. As an actor, he has appeared in the Broadway and National Touring Companies of Les Miserables (Marius) and Rent (Mark Cohen). Proud Resident Artist with The Human Race Theater Company in Dayton. Scott would like to thank Rick, Peter and everyone at Short North Stage for their unwavering support throughout this process. Each and every performance dedicated to Charles F. Hardin (1927-99).

JJ is so excited to make his writing debut at Short North Stage! Originally hailing from just down I-70 in Dayton, he made his columbus theatrical debut as an actor years ago with Randy Benge and Matt Welsh in Warehouse Theatre's Assassins. Now calling Orlando home, he commonly wears many costumes across Walt Disney World - Finding Nemo; The Musical, The Hoop Dee Do Revue, For The First Time...Frozen Sing-Along, and as a member of the Hollywood Studios Film Crew, Citizens of Hollywood. he has been seen in numerous Dayton productions, proudly calling the Human Race Theater Company his artistic "home". As always, his most prfound thanks to his beloved family, friends, Wright State, and his wife, Hannah, for supporting this crazy dream that takes his far from home at inopportune times.
